Of course, here's the other half of the story, as indicated by the title.

On a side note, I believe everything Dylan says to be true since, after all, there is an immediate urgency to the op-ed. However, she does not dictate what I find to be funny as far as comedy is concerned. I know she's trying to make people think of Woody not as an infallible god but rather a heavily-flawed human being high off his own supply, but asking people after you've told them that Woody's a dick if they like his films is akin to Josh Wheaton invoking appeal-to-emotion as his endgame to Radisson's lecture series on God. It's manipulative, it makes you look stupid, and it's not good argumentative strategy.

Annie Hall has nothing to do with a man who molested his daughter in an attic. It's just a funny film about people in the 1970s who are probably compatible, probably not.

Thinking of him as a monster only validates those shitty things he said about me mom and pinning the blame on him dating my unknown sister is targeting the wrong concept at hand.

I believe I am right because it's all a part of my memory!
